Administration Timeline

The tables below give an indication of how and when the scholarships are administered. Actions in bold are those that need to be taken by the school. If you need more detailed information, please contact the Student Registrar.

During the scholarship:



Invoice for agreed scholarship amount

termly as follows:
Autumn term: end of September for payment mid/end October
Spring term: end of January for payment mid/end February 
Summer Term: end of April for payment mid/end May

Confidential progress reports to be sent to the Trust
(end of first year to include A2 subjects including confirmation of continuation of physics;
end of second year to include results and university offer)

 by 30 September

 Allowance claims & payments (on invoice)
