The South Liverpool Primary Partnership is newly established (Nov 2015) and aims to build on the success and the expertise of the Liverpool – Allerton, West Derby & Woolton secondary cluster to establish a vibrant primary partnership. There is a focus to further develop and support primary teachers in their delivery of physics, commencing with the Ogden Phizzi Forces training and the Ogden Phizzi Light & Sound INSET later in the year. Schools have expressed an interest in achieving the PSQM award and support will be provided for this. Although it is early days for this partnership, Kate Rooney has vast experience in working with primary schools in the local area and she has many ideas to develop for the future to inspire primary pupils and their teachers.
